Mary Kay Beeby is a versatile and enthusiastic leader with over 30 years of experience managing people, building businesses and delivering results. She excels in the following areas:

With a BA in Mathematics and Masters work in software engineering, Mary Kay held increasingly responsible positions with The Boeing Company in software development and business management from 1976 - 1990.

Taking her experience with people management and organizational development to Crisp Publications, Mary Kay helped lead custom publishing and product development for thirteen years. Serving on Crisp’s executive leadership team and Board of Directors, Mary Kay was instrumental in guiding the company toward a successful sale in 2003.

Taking the best from what she learned in large and small organizations, she began her consulting practice in 2004. MK Consulting brings a unique understanding of what it takes to make businesses and people successful.

Mary Kay actively serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Washington as the Outreach Chair and is the Treasurer of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants.
